Closed Rhinoplasty is performed through incisions inside the nostrils, using small and delicate surgical instruments. Both techniques are used by professionals and present satisfactory results. Closed rhinoplasty usually takes less time, between one and two hours. Open nose surgery takes two to three hours. The hospitalization period for both is usually 6 to 12 hours after the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Changes can be made to the back, which can be lowered or raised. As with any surgical procedure, it is necessary to avoid physical exertion and follow the doctor&#039;s recommendation of rest during the first few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, within 15 days the appearance of the area returns completely to normal, without bruising or swelling.
